Application service terms
What you are buying when you pay for one of our services, what is not included, when work begins, and your and our responsibilities.

1. What is included
Exactly the deliverables listed for your chosen service on the services page and on the confirmation page in your portal at the time of payment. The fee for each service is shown in your portal once our team has reviewed your profile, and always before you pay. Nothing else is implied.
2. What is not included
- University tuition, deposits and application fees
- UCAS fees
- UCAT, GAMSAT or other test fees
- English language tests
- Visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, TB tests, travel and insurance
- Document certification, notarisation or translation
- Any guarantee of an offer, interview, visa or scholarship
3. When work begins
On confirmed payment of the service fee for your service. Submission work, where your service includes it, begins only after your approval of the proposed submission.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information and genuine documents.
- Meet university and UCAS deadlines; we will remind you but cannot submit for you unless an agreement expressly permits it.
- Where the official route requires you to submit personally (for example UCAS), you do so, using our prepared package.
- Pay university and third-party fees directly.
5. Our responsibilities
- Review your profile against published requirements and tell you plainly what we find.
- Review documents and give reasons when we return one.
- Prepare the package and seek your explicit approval before any submission.
- Keep your data secure and act only within the scope you approve.
6. Approval and submission
No application is submitted to any university without your recorded approval of the exact package. If the package changes after approval, your approval lapses and we ask again.
7. Admission decisions
Admission, offers, conditions, interviews, scholarships and visas are decided solely by universities and official bodies. We do not and cannot influence them.
8. Refunds
See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. These service terms sit alongside the website terms of use and the privacy notice, which explains how your documents and personal data are handled.
9. Additional charges
None, unless you ask for work outside your service and agree a written quote first.
